Hubungan Antara Dukungan Suami Dan Dukungan Tempat Kerja Dengan Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Pada Ibu Bekerja Dalam Pemberian Asi Eksklusif

Introduction : Working mothers are one of the obstacles and challenges for mothers in providing breast milk. The results of a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency stated that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers was lower than that of mothers who did not work. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers is caused by several internal and external factors that affect breastfeeding self efficacy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between husband support and work support with breastfeeding self-efficacy in mothers who work in exclusive breastfeeding. Method : This study uses a correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents, taken using the purposive sampling technique and using the slovin formula. Data collection uses a husband support questionnaire, namely The Partner Breastfeeding Imfluence Scale, a workplace support questionnaire and a Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. Results : The results of the analysis obtained were that the majority of respondents were in the early adult age group of 70.8%, high school education level 70.8%, type of work of Private Employees 80.6%, multipara parity status 55.6%, type of normal childbirth 66.7%. The results of the analysis using the chi square test showed a p-value of 0.806 > 0.05 for husband support with breastfeeding self efficacy, and a p-value of 0.004 ≤ 0.05 for workplace support for breastfeeding self efficacy. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between husband support and workplace support with breastfeeding self efficacy
