Evaluasi Aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital Ipekanbaru Menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (Ueq) Dan Usability Testing

iPekanbaru Digital Library Application is one of the digital library applications owned by the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Pekanbaru which was launched in 2016. The development of iPekanbaru Digital Library Application aims to facilitate users in accessing e-Bookstore and e-Library, increasing relationships in the reading community, and as an e-Reader to read e-Books anytime and anywhere. This research uses UEQ and Usability Testing methods to evaluate user experience. The evaluation process was carried out by distributing questionnaires and testing task scenarios on the application. The results showed that based on the UEQ method, the results of the overall mean scale were obtained above 0.8, which means that users give a positive impression of the iPekanbaru application. In the usability testing method, the results of the iPekanbaru application efficiency level are in the good category with ORE results of 87.09%, effectiveness results of 90% which means very effective, and has a user satisfaction level with an average of 68.92 which is in the good category with Adjective Rating in the "Good" category, Grade Scale in the "D" category, and Acceptability Range in the "Marginal high" category.
