Analisis Pelaksanaan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (Akm) Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Di Smp Negeri 3 Pangkalan Kuras
This research was motivated by the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2021 concerning National Assessment. The implementation of the National Assessment for students includes several elements, namely the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), character survey, and learning environment survey. One of the educational institutions that implements AKM is SMP Negeri 3 Pangkalan Kuras. This research aims to analyze the implementation of AKM at SMP Negeri 3 Pangkalan Kuras. Although there have been improvements in facilities since the implementation of the first AKM, challenges and obstacles are still faced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were carried out as passive participants, while interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers and student participants to obtain in-depth information about the implementation of AKM. The informants in the research were 5 informants, namely a school principal, 2 teachers and AKM supervisors, and 2 student participants. AKM. The documentation analyzed includes the 2023 Pangkalan Kuras State Middle School Education report card data, 2023 AKM participant data, school profile data and photos of the implementation of AKM in 2023. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of AKM at SMP Negeri 3
Pangkalan Kuras has had a positive impact in improving the quality of education and creating a learning environment that is conducive to student success.
