Evaluasi Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasisistem Daring Menggunakan Cobit 5 Sman Plus Provinsi Riau

Education plays a very important role in increasing the nation's intelligence and is a key factor in the development of nation building in all fields in accordance with the increasingly rapid development of science and technology at this time. Online now it turns out to raise a new problem. Knowing capability level and the maturity level COBIT 5 in the online system at SMAN Plus Riau Province and providing recommendations for improvement. This study used the measurement of the level of capability in COBIT 5 using PAM (Process Assessment Model) which is carried out by collecting questionnaires from respondents, then analyzing the level of capability and analyzing gaps, then providing activity recommendations as corrective actions to existing problems. A total of 127 respondents consists of students and teachers. From the calculation of the maturity level, the valued is 3.85 and the capability level is level 4, which means the process has been measured (Predictable Process) and has a GAP value of 1.15. Based on the results of calculations and analysis at SMAN Plus Riau Province, it has run the SOP well, it's just that it is constrained by network coverage in the hope that in the future the area of network or access is expanded and the speed of internet accessed is increased to make it easier for all information to be run as optimally as possible.
