Implementasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Peserta/Pasien Bpjs Kesehatan Di Rumah Sakit Prima Kota Pekanbaru
Section 34 verse (3) The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mentioned that the State have to responsible for the provision of proper health care facilities and public service facilities. The establishment of the Social Security Agency on Health is a part of National Health Insurance which is a government policy in the health sector that aims to ensure the provision of adequate health care facilities for the entire community as participants/patients. In Pekanbaru, one of the advanced referral health facilities that has collaborated with Social Security Agency on Health Pekanbaru is Prima Hospital Pekanbaru since 2017. The results of research related to health services organized at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru, there are problems found in the field, especially for Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients. The purpose of the research is to find out how the implementation; inhibiting factors; and efforts made in improving health services for Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. The author uses sociological research methods in analyzing the implementation of health services for Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru.
In its implementation, health services for Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru are quite good, but on the other hand it has not been able to reach the level of satisfaction of participants/patients. Factors inhibiting the implementation of health services for Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru are basically influenced by miscommunication and public misunderstanding of Social Security Agency on Health procedures and arrangements at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. In addition, the ratio between the number of service recipients in this case, namely of Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients of Prima Hospital Pekanbaru and the number of service implementers, namely health workers, is not yet balanced. Efforts to improve health services for of Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru starting from accommodating every complaint of participants/patients have been managed by the presence of the Prima Hospital PIPP Team which is tasked with evaluating every complaint made by of Social Security Agency on Health participants/patients. Furthermore, after the complaint is received, Prima Hospital Pekanbaru implements work assessment standards which will have an impact on the level of patient satisfaction in the future.
