This research was carried out at SMAN 3 Mandau. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and power on chest pass ability in men's basketball extracurricular students at SMAN 3 MANDAU. This research method is quantitative multiple correlation research. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, literature, tests and measurements. The data analysis technique uses simple and double correlation product moment. The results or findings obtained by the researchers were that there was a relationship between arm muscle strength and chest pass ability in basketball extracurricular students at SMAN3 Mandau with the results rcount > rtable or 0.538 > 0.444 (N.20). The level of relationship held is in the medium category. And there is a relationship between arm muscle power and chest pass ability in basketball extracurricular students at
