In Kasikan Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, a prohibition on pregnant marriage has been regulated, which in the customary community rules in Kasikan Village itself, the community is divided by customary norms. The system of customary values in the form of a set of norms and sanctions becomes a guide, so that anyone who violates customary rules will be subject to sanctions, one of the sanctions that is strictly prohibited by society is pregnant marriage.Because the village of Kasikan has a matrilineal system this system is a traditional that follows the maternal lineage, So in the Domo tribe, women are highly respected. The customs in Kasikan village themselves have principles custom Basandi Syarak and syarak Basandi Kitabullah this means that the customary system provides that all forms of action as a whole in the customary system always follow islamic law. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal rules governing pregnant married women. For Completion of Customary Law Against Pregnant Married Women in Kasikan Village, Kec. Tapung Hulu District Kampar,
This type of research is field research (Field Research) whuch is qualitative in nature where the location of this research is location Village Kasikan the population in this study consisted of one traditional leadwr and three marriage couples who were in conflict in the village of kasikan the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and literature study data analysis carried out through research materials will be compiled and analyzed qualitatively
The research results of the legal rules for marriage according to customary law are that they have principles ( Adat Basandi Syarak dan Syarak Basandi Kitabullah) which means that all forms of comprehensive actions in the costomary system always follow islamic law. If someone commits the act of getting pragnant, they will be subject to sanctions determined by the traditional leader the deliberation route is the main route used by the community of Kasikan village. One of the sanctions given is paying a fine determined by the traditional chairman of Kasikan village. One of the sanctions given is paying a fine determined by the village head and remarriage. The function of repeating a marriage is to clear the good name of the tribe and family.
