ABSTRACT
Determining the selling price of a product or service is one of the important decisions because the price set must be able to cover all costs and get the profit expected by the company so as not to suffer losses. This study aims to find out the room pricing strategy and find out the method of determining room prices at Turi Beach Resort, Batam City. Based on the method used in this study, it is a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problems collected by the author through interviews, observations, and documentation with the management of Turi Beach Resort Batam City. Based on data analysis, the selection of strategies and methods must adjust to the existing market conditions, because this is very influential in determining the price of rooms at Turi Beach Resort Batam City.
