Audit Pelayanan Sistem Rujukan Online Puskesmas Menggunakan Framework Cobit 5.0 (Studi Kasus Puskesmas Tambusai Utara I)

Services audits have an important role and are the basis for assisting the operation of North Tambusai I Community Health Center. However , their management and use are still not optimal. Therefore, this research aims to audit information systems, especially inline reference systems based on COBIT 5 framework method. The research discusses processes in the EDM02, APO11, DSS06 and MEA01 su domains. This study had four respondents based on the RACI diagram and each was given a questionnaire with 6 EDM domain questions, 12 APO domain questions, 12 DSS domain question, and 10 MEA domain questions. The result was found that the capability level had met the agency’s standards and expectations with results at level 4 (partially achieved) . based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the audit findings at the community health center included problems in integrating the online referral system. This research provides recommendations for overcoming problems encountered in the research object.
