Analisis Pengukuran Tingkat Kesiapan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit Jiwa Menggunakan Metode Technology Readiness Index (Tri)
In the era of rapid technological advancement, manual data management in the context of healthcare has many shortcomings that can be overcome through the implementation of information systems. Tampan Mental Hospital faces challenges in adopting The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) due to lack of employee training. SIMRS is a system designed to assist employees in managing services and business activities in the hospital. Measuring user readiness for technology is necessary to understand the extent to which SIMRS is ready for acceptance and use. This study aims to measure user readiness for SIMRS at Tampan Mental Hospital. The method used to measure system readiness is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) method. The research findings conclude that there were 2 variables significantly influencing readiness in using SIMRS, optimism with a t-statistic value of 2.311, and innovativeness with a t-statistic value of 2.221. Meanwhile, discomfort with a t-statistic value of 0.927 and insecurity with a t-statistic value of 0.292 did not significantly affect readiness in using SIMRS. The variables of discomfort and insecurity are inhibitor variables that inhibit user readiness in the application of SIMRS, which means that the smaller the discomfort and insecurity of users, the greater the readiness to use SIMRS.
