DODI SUTRISNO, NIM 2110246906, Development of Website-Based Media in Blended Learning to Increase Middle School Students' Interest and Understanding of Science Concepts, supervised by Rahmad and Sri Wulandari. Blended learning that combines face-to-face and non-face-to-face learning methods in computer-based learning and the use of website media is an alternative 21st century learning model. By utilizing the power of technology wisely and innovatively, education can be more inclusive, dynamic, and relevant to current and future needs and can reduce the risk of learning loss. From the needs analysis, it is known that students who have taken online science learning show low interest in taking science learning and experience difficulties in science learning related to understanding concepts, especially in the material on Substance Pressure and its application in everyday life. So that a solution is given by developing website-based media in blended learning to increase the interest and understanding of science concepts of junior high school students on the material on substance pressure and its application in everyday life. This study aims to develop website-based media in blended learning that is valid, practical, and effective in increasing students' interest and understanding of concepts in the material on Substance Pressure for grade VIII junior high school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation The results of the validity test by material, pedagogical and media experts were declared very valid with an average score of 3.76. One-on-one trials found that students enjoyed learning and felt the benefits of using website-based media. The results of the practicality test by teachers and students obtained very practical media with an average score of 3.74 and 3.62. The results of the effectiveness test are known descriptively obtained that students' interest and understanding of concepts increased from the moderate category to the high category. Inferentially, website-based media in blended learning has a significant difference in increasing students' understanding of concepts and interest in learning on the material of substance pressure. The overall research results concluded that the results of the development of website-based media were as needed. Website-based media were also declared valid, practical and effective for use in science learning to increase students' interest in learning and understanding of concepts. These results were obtained because of the advantages of the media in the learning process, which is interesting, interactive, and innovative according to the blended learning model and students conducted E-LKPD experiments which were made based on indicators of understanding the concepts available on the website content.
