Pengaruh Game Online Mobile Legend Terhadap Minat Belajar Pada Remaja Di Desa Sialang Palas Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak

This research aims to (1) To determine the level of use of the online game Mobile Legend in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency (2) To determine the level of interest in learning among teenagers in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency (3) To determine the influence of games Mobile Legend online on interest in learning among teenagers in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency.
This type of research is quantitative, ex-post facto, namely a type of research where the independent variable is an event that has already happened, then traces backwards to find out the factors that could have caused the event. The population in this study was 111 school teenagers in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency and only 80 children used the Mobile Legend online game. In taking samples using the Simple Random Sampling method. So, the sample in this study was 44 teenagers in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency. with an error level of 10% using the Slovin Formula. Then the instrument trial will be carried out on 30 teenagers in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency.
The data collection method in this research uses: (1) observation (2) documentation (3) questionnaire. The research instrument consists of two forms of questionnaire consisting of: 1) Interest in Learning, 2) Mobile Legend Online Game. The research instrument goes through several stages, namely: 1) reviewing all theories related to the variables to be studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) compiling a grid, 4) compiling statement items and determining a measurement scale, 5 ) trial of the instrument, 6) analysis of the question items by testing the validity and reliability of each statement item. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.
Based on the analysis of demographic factors of Mobile Legend Online Game respondents in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency, high results were obtained with a mean of 3.47. This proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the high and low level of playing Mobile Legend online games among teenagers. . Then, analyzing the demographic factors of respondents' interest in learning, the results were low with a mean of 1.96. This proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the level of interest in learning in teenagers. Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency with a mean value of 3.46 which is in the high interpretation. The mean size is 1.97 which is in the low interpretation
It was found that there was a significant influence between the mobile legend online game variable (X) on interest in learning (Y) in Sialang Palas Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency, which had an influence of 86.3% with a high interpretation, because there was still 13.7% determined by other factors and are not part of this research.
