Verifikasi Surat Formal Dan Informal Pada Surel Menggunakan Algoritma Random Forest

Email is a way to send letters over the internet. It can be used to communicate between individuals, groups, or individuals and groups. Email can be formal or informal. In the digital age, people are becoming more accustomed to using informal language in everyday communication. This can make it difficult to distinguish between formal and informal email. Foreigners who work in Indonesia may also have difficulty writing formal or informal email because of the different structure of the language. The methods used are experimental methods and simulation methods. The experimental method is a research method that conducts correct testing of hypotheses. Meanwhile, the simulation research method is a method that follows the existing steps to be applied to a system. To address these problems, a learning model was developed to verify whether an email is formal or not. The model was trained using a random forest algorithm and was found to be 100% accurate in real-time testing.
