This research is motivated by phenomena that occur in fact namely at the Tualang District Market which shows that there is no socialization evenly distributed, limited infrastructure, trader groups who object to levies imposed, lack of supervision from related agencies, complaints the economy of small traders. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the implementation of Siak Regional Regulation No.1 of 2024 concerning Market Service Levy in Tualang District, Siak Regency. Objective This research is to find out the implementation of the Retribution Implementation Market Services in Tualang District Based on Siak Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 2024 Concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. Benefits of research This is capable of having a significant impact on the world of education, especially for the implementation of Siak Regional Regulation No.1 of 2024 concerning Retributions Market Services and serve as reference material and review of various the parties involved, especially the community in Tualang sub-district, Siak regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research consisted of 9 (nine) people, namely the government Tualang sub-district area, regional coordinator of the trade service and Tualang sub-district industry, collectors and market traders. Technique Data analysis in this research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. The findings in this research are regarding implementation Siak Regional Regulation No.1 of 2024 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies (Market Services) In Tualang District, Siak Regency is included in the category This has been done because there are supporting factors and the results of interviews fulfill the implementation of Siak Regional Regulation No.1 of 2024 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies (Market Services) in Tualang District Siak Regency.
