This research is motivated by the existence of a traditional medical tradition, namely Togak Balian, in which there are Pancasila values that are important in social life. So that researchers are interested in conducting research with the title “Analysis of Pancasila Values contained in the Togak Balian Traditional Medicine Tradition in Pulau Kijang Village, Kuantan Hilir District”. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Pancasila Values contained in the Togak Balian Traditional Medicine Tradition in Pulau Kijang Village, Kuantan Hilir District. The purpose of this research is to find out the Pancasila Values contained in the Togak Balian Traditional Medicine Tradition carried out by the community. The informants in this study were 6 informants with 1 community leader, 1 (shaman) Superanatural, 1 patient (patient), 1 community, 1 bayu (shaman assistant / assistant), and 1 Dendi (shaman assistant / assistant). The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. With the research method used is qualitative. The findings in this study are the Pancasila values contained in the Togak Balian Treatment, namely: 1) The value of divinity seen from before the implementation of the kumantan ritual must be in a state of purity such as doing wuduk first, then reading the prayers they do during the implementation of Togak Balian which is their belief that the healing obtained is only from Allah SWT, and only trying to ask for healing. 2) The value of Humanity, which can be seen from the form of concern for fellow relatives and the Togak Balian organizers who try to provide treatment for sick patients. 3) Unity value seen from the togetherness, trust and cohesiveness of both fellow families and Togak Balian implementers so that Togak Balian runs smoothly. 4) The value of Democracy is seen from the deliberations carried out to get an agreement among families and Togak Balian implementers before carrying out Togak Balian to get mutual agreement. 5) The value of social justice is seen from all people who are sick have the right to do treatment using Togak Balian and do not look at social status both rich and poor, all of them are the same.
