Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) is one of the social assistance programs provided by the government aimed at improving the economic conditions of less privileged communities. So far, the process of determining BLT recipients in Kotabaru Seberida Village still uses manual methods and lacks supporting systems, resulting in less accurate outcomes and requiring a considerable amount of time. The objective of this research is to develop a decision support system in determining cash direct assistance recipients through the application of the MOORA method, which can facilitate and accelerate the BLT recipient determination process, resulting in more efficient and targeted outcomes. This research uses 14 criteria and methods including data processing, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Data processing was obtained through interviews and observations with a total of 84 individuals. The results of the MOORA method calculations yielded rankings to identify 62 individuals eligible for BLT. This decision support system produced the highest value of 0,055484 and the lowest value of 0,010754.
