Oil palm rejuvenation (replanting) is the activity of replacing old or unproductive oil palm plants with new seedlings to maintain or improve productivity and production quality. By replanting, it will make the plantation get maximum results. PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Plantation Rama Bakti is one of the companies engaged in oil palm plantations that plan to carry out replanting activities. However, the company faces difficulties in determining and selecting plants that have entered the replanting period. Therefore, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can help provide recommendations in the selection of oil palm plants that enter the replanting period so that the process becomes faster, easier and more efficient. The method used in this study is the VIKOR method, which is known to have the ability to produce the best compromise solution based on alternative ranking. It is expected that this method can help the company in determining the location recommendations to be replanted first. The results of this method provide ranking recommendations from 115 data with 4 criteria sorted from lowest to highest value as an initial determination for replanting to be faster and more efficient. This system is proven to have a satisfaction rate of 92.85%, which shows that this system is classified as very good and feasible to implement.
