Pengaruh Latihan Zig-Zag Run Dan Shuttle Run Terhadap Kelincahan Pemain Sepak Bola SSB Andalas U-18 Kecamatan Sungai Lala Kabupaten INHU
Researching the effects of zig-zag and Shuttle runs on the agility of 18-year-old SSB ANDALAS soccer players was the primary goal of this research. A soccer player's agility is crucial to their success on the field since it enables them to react and change direction when needed. Experimentation was the driving force behind this research, which used a pre- and post-test design with a sample size of nine individuals. An analysis of data normality using the Shapiro-Wilk test revealed that the data followed a normal distribution. The discrepancy in outcomes between the Shuttle Run and the Zig-zag Run was also examined using a t-test. Compared to zig-zag run workouts, Shuttle Run exercises considerably enhanced agility, according to the t-test findings. In conclusion, soccer players may improve their agility more with Shuttle Run activities than with zig-zag run workouts. Keywords: Agility, Zig-zag Run, Shuttle Run, Soccer, Physical Training
