Produktivitas Primer Di Danau Daek Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau Berdasarkan Metode Oksigen
Lake Daek is one of the oxbow lakes located in Teluk Kenidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This lake has great potential in the fisheries sector, so it needs to be protected and preserved for the future. A research aimed to know the primary productivity based on oxygen method and was carried out in August - September 2023. Sampling and measuring water quality in Lake Daek was carried out simultaneously. There were 3 stations, namely station 1 in the inlet area, station 2 in the middle of lake and station 3 in the end of the lake. In the each station there were 2 sampling point, in the surface and in the 2 Secchi depth was done once/week. Water quality parameters measured were dissolved oxygen, free carbondioxide, nitrate, phosphate, transperancy, temperature, pH and depth. Primary productivity analyzed using the Vollenweider formula (1969). Result shown that primary productivity was 249,95-343,48 gC/m3/day, dissolved oxygen ranges 4,35-5,40 mg/L, free carbondioxide ranges 6,39-11,92. mg/L, nitrate ranges 0,02-0,08 mg/L, phosphate
ranges 0,05-0,09 mg/L, transparency ranges 63-74 cm, temperature ranges from 29,4-30,6 0C, depth ranges from 320-510 cm and the degree of acidity (pH) ranges from 5,00-6,00. Based on primary productivity obtained, Lake Daek can be categorized as mesotrophic.
