Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Karimun
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Karimun Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Karimun Regency totaling 109 people. The technique used is purposive sampling technique where only employees who are Civil Servants are sampled, namely 78 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that: Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance.
