Pengaruh Person Job Fit Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Guru Sekolah X)
This study aims to determine 1) the effect of person job fit on job satisfaction in teachers, 2) the effect of person job fit on organizational commitment on teachers,
3) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in teachers and 4) the effect of person job fit on organizational commitment through job satisfaction on teachers. This research is quantitative with a path analysis model. This study uses data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling method used is the saturated sample method. This study uses statistical data analysis methods using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that 1) Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. This means that the influence of these factors interacts with each other, where individuals who have high person job fit will have high organizational commitment and job satisfaction strengthens their influence.
