Analisis Sentimen Twitter Tentang Formula E Di Jakarta Dengan Text Mining Menggunakan Metode Cnn (Convolutional Neural Network)
The advancement of technology and the popularity of social media have provided a platform for users to share their views on various events. One event that has garnered attention is the Formula E race. Jakarta hosted one of the series of this race, sparking diverse responses and opinions from the public, expressed through social media platforms like Twitter. The wide range of opinions shared on Twitter needs to be analyzed and classified, as they contain various comments that can provide insights into public sentiment toward the Formula E event in Indonesia. One way to gain information about a phenomenon is through sentiment analysis. CNN, or Convolutional Neural Network, is one method that can be used for sentiment analysis. Labeling is conducted by assigning data with three labels: positive, negative, and neutral. Data testing uses a Confusion Matrix with an 80%:20% data split, resulting in an accuracy of 57.89%.
