Perbedaan Kinerja Pegawai Berdasarkan Gender Pada Dinas Sosial Kota Pekanbaru
This study discusses the Difference in Employee Performance Based on Gender at the Pekanbaru City Social Service. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in employee performance based on gender. This study uses descriptive quantitative research to create a systematic, factual and accurate picture or description of the existing phenomenon. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The study uses a questionnaire. The analysis method used in this study is the Independent sample T-test. The sample used was 68 employees. The results of the independent sample t-test analysis showed that there was no difference in employee performance based on gender at the Pekanbaru City Social Service.
