Pengaruh Latihan Variasi Ladder Drill Terhadap Kelincahan Pada Pemain Bulutangkis PB Putra Solo Yunior Kab. Rokan Hilir
This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of ladder drill variation training on agility in PB Solo junior male PB badminton players. Lower Rokan. The data collection method in this research uses pretest and posttest. Where 2 tests were carried out, namely an initial test carried out before the treatment was carried out and a final test after the treatment was given. The results of this post-test show that the ladder drill training program can provide significant improvements, although not all participants achieve the highest performance. This can be caused by several factors such as the individual's physical condition, level of commitment, or the participant's ability to adapt to the training methods provided. To ascertain whether the changes in the pretest and posttest results were statistically significant, a paired sample test was carried out using SPSS. This test was carried out to compare the pretest and posttest results of each participant, and to see whether the differences were statistically significant. Based on the results of statistical tests, the average value of the difference (mean difference) between the pretest and posttest is 2.102, with a standard deviation of 0.43292. The calculated t value obtained is 15,354 with degrees of freedom (df) of 9. Most importantly, the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000, which is much smaller than 0.05. This shows that the difference between the pretest and post test results is very significant, so it can be concluded that the ladder drill variation exercise has a significant influence on increasing the agility of badminton players in PB Putra Solo Junior, Rokan Hilir Regency.
