Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Penyediaan Solar Dan Air Bersih Di Uptd Pelabuhan Perikanan Wilayah I Carocok Tarusan Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Providing fishing needs, especially fuel oil (BBM) and clean water, are several forms of strategic services provided by fishing ports to fishermen. The aim of this research is to determine the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the services for providing fishing needs at the UPTD Fishing Port Region I Carocok Tarusan and to describe the actual conditions of facilities for fishing needs at the UPTD Fishing Port Region I Carocok Tarusan. The method used in this research is a survey method. Fishermen generally feel dissatisfied with the performance of the port. This can be seen from the CSI value, which is 51.24% for fuel (diesel), which means (quite satisfied), but for clean water it is only 34.30% which is in the (not satisfied) category. IPA analysis shows that there are several attributes that are included in the main priority (Quadrant I), namely attributes that are considered important but do not satisfy fishermen. Attributes whose achievements must be maintained (Quadrant II) are those that are considered very important and satisfactory. Attributes with low priority (Quadrant III) are those that are considered less important with low perceived performance, while excessive attributes (Quadrant IV) are those that are considered less important but whose performance is satisfactory.
