The determination of direct cash assistance is a programme from the government to help the poor. BLT DD recipients are determined by the Volunteer Team consisting of BPKep and PSM. The determination is in accordance with the results of data collection conducted in the field. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the determination of direct cash assistance in Bangko Sempurna village, Bangko Pusako sub-district and also to find out the stages of BLT DD distribution in Bangko Sempurna Village. The theory used in this research is the theory of structural functionalism put forward by Robert King Merton, namely regarding manifest functions and hidden functions (latent). This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research were 5 people consisting of the village head, the head of BPkep, the head of PSM, 1 member of BPKep and also recipients of BLT DD assistance. The data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data. Data were collected using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The result of this research is the implementation of BLT DD, namely the mechanism for determining BLT DD recipients begins with data collection on the poor, then the determination of BLT DD recipients is carried out in the MUSDESUS session. Furthermore, the BLT DD distribution process is carried out at the Bangko Sempurna Village office.
