RSIA (Mother and Child Hospital) Zainab Pekanbaru is a hospital that is classified as a type C hospital. A type C hospital is a hospital that is able to provide limited specialist medical services. The services provided are supported by a cool, comfortable and natural environment that offers a sense of comfort full of family with sharia elements. software that helps hospital operational activities is SIMRS (Hospital Management Information System), its existence is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 82 of 2013. The analysis was carried out to identify current conditions and propose improvements needed for IS/IT services. SIMRS itself has never been measured for maturity levels before, so it is necessary to measure the level of service maturity in the SIMRS to determine the extent of the system's reliability in providing health services to patients. This study focuses on measurements using the ITIL V4 framework on Monitoring & Event Management and Incident Management practices. Based on the results of the measurements carried out, the maturity level of each practice is at level 4 (managed) in the implementation of Monitoring & Event Management activities and level 3 (defined) in the implementation of Incident Management activities. With the expected level, namely level 5 (optimize), recommendations are given that will support improving the quality and responsiveness of IT services from the implementation of the second practice activity in the SIMRS at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru.
