The research question in this study is: How can parents ensure that their children get instruction in accordance with the standards in Desa Pembatang Kecamatan Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi that are identified as research questions? Paying attention to the focus of this study is the responsibility of the adults to ensure that the child's education meets the requirements in Desa Pembatang Kecamatan Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study is divided into four main areas, which include: 1) motivational interviewing 2) child rearing 3) lancar communication; 4) determining the needs of an early learner. This type of research is specifically qualitative research that uses deskriptif kualitatif methodology. This study uses three (information) that is composed of three (three) sources of information. The data collection methods in this study include document, observation, and questionnaire methods; on the other hand, the data analysis in this study includes data redaction, data processing, and data analysis.
