Manajemen Persiapan PAUD Inklusi di UPT SPNF SKB Kota Pekanbaru
The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the management of preparations for implementing inclusive PAUD at UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City? This research aims to determine the extent of preparatory management that has been implemented by the UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City in preparation for the implementation of inclusive PAUD. This research has a sub focus of management, preparation, inclusive PAUD.
Once this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will provide benefits. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. It is hoped that the theoretical benefits of the results of this research will increase scientific insight, especially those related to the management of inclusive PAUD preparation. And it is hoped that the practical benefits of the results of this research will be useful for institutional management, especially at the Inclusive PAUD level and for future researchers.This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method.
This research was carried out at UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City involving 3 (three) informants as research subjects, including control informants (RA), core informants (NY), observer informants (MS). Data collection techniques in this research are document techniques, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, analysis in research includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation.
Based on data analysis and discussion, this research can be concluded that, management in preparing services for children with special needs at UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City is carried out well based on the vision and mission and legality of the institution, starting from curriculum planning, management, provision of institutional facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process to tiered financing programs that provide relief for underprivileged communities. Apart from processes and standards, institutions face obstacles in obtaining educational staff, this causes a very lack of inclusive schools, especially at the PAUD level. However, there are several parties who provide cooperation assistance in the form of advice and infrastructure and other things. Furthermore, to reduce and minimize the obstacles experienced, the institution implements strategies to improve the quality of programs and human resources, especially teaching staff who must have good and relevant qualifications and competencies related to the education of children with special needs.
Based on the results of research and discussion regarding PAUD Preparation Management at UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City, researchers can recommend the following:
1. It is recommended that the management of UPT SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City cooperate with all related parties in improving the quality and service of the institution in the future.
2. It is recommended that teaching staff participate in training regarding the learning process for children with special needs, in order to improve the capabilities and quality of human resources.
3. It is recommended for the public to disseminate information related to learning places for children with special needs, in order to help every parent who has a child with special needs receive learning and develop their child's potential.
