This research aims to identify the level of work ethic of instructors at the Ratu Mode Course and Training Institute (LKP) in Pekanbaru City. Work ethic, which includes hard work, responsibility, respect for time, and never giving up, is an important element in improving the quality of training and participant learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation and questionnaires which were distributed to instructors at LKP Ratu Mode. The research results show that the instructor's work ethic is in the good category, with the indicator of responsibility being the most prominent. However, there are several aspects that require more attention, such as time consistency and improving the instructor's technical skills. This finding is in line with previous research which emphasizes the importance of work ethic in supporting the success of training and institutional performance. This research provides recommendations to LKP to improve instructor training programs, strengthen a supportive work culture, and conduct regular evaluations of instructor performance. In this way, the quality of training services can continue to improve, providing a positive impact on training participants and the wider community.
