Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dan Kesiapan Berwirausaha Siswa SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru

Study This aiming For analyze and research the influence of the teaching factory learning model on interest entrepreneurship and readiness entrepreneurship students . Research This use approach descriptive quantitative with the population size all over student major Accountancy Finance , Film , Motorcycle Business Techniques at SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru with amount population of 143 students and sample in study This is 106 students . Engineering is in progress . sampling using random samples , namely taking random samples . Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. with data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) . Parameters to be analyzed is influence of learning models teaching factory to readiness entrepreneurship , influence of learning models teaching factory to interest entrepreneurship , influence of interest models entrepreneurship to readiness entrepreneurship and the influence of learning models teaching factory to readiness entrepreneurship through interest entrepreneurship .
Research result show that learning model teaching factory influential to readiness entrepreneurship . It means more and more Good application of learning models teaching factory done and students also follow it with Good so that make they own Lots experience so will impact on readiness entrepreneurship , such as Ready in a way physical and mental in open effort . Next learning model teaching factory also has an influence to interest entrepreneurship , and interests entrepreneurship influential to readiness entrepreneurship , meaning if somebody own strong push in entrepreneurship so will tend to form readiness good entrepreneurship . such as the emergence of a sense of trust high and capable self take risk . And the model learning teaching factory can also give influence to readiness entrepreneurship through interest entrepreneurship .
