Analisis Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial Pada UMKM Tenun Wan Fitri
The evolution of information and communication technology has altered how SMEs engage with customers in the present digital era. Through marketing methods, SMEs can access more specializes audiences by utilizing social media. However, the asre numerous obstacles to overcome when putting social media marketing and promotion methods into practice. This study is classified as descriptive research utilizing qualitative approaches based on the data and sources. According to the findings of the study, UMKM Tenun Wan Fitri’s marketing strategy preserves customers trust, innovates constanly, and maintains high quality in order to safeguard the company’s reputation. However, there hasn’t been much of an impact yet from using social media merketing tactics.
