School is the initial level in pursuing education for student development in determining the final goals to be achieved based on the abilities developed. Achievement is the first thing that students will get and is one proof that students have succeeded. How to build a decision support system for selecting outstanding students at SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru with the aim of producing a system that can help teachers. The system is built using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method with the PHP programming language on student grade data. The selection of outstanding students requires criteria such as average grades, absences, rankings, extracurricular activities, attitudes. With a total of 270 students, the top 3 students are Maiza Arlin Arifin, Andini cantika Mufdaliza, and Kharina Fadliansyah.
