Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smk Negeri 4 Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This research aims to see the influence of work discipline, motivation and work
climate on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The population in
this study were all civil servant teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The sampling
technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique if all members
of the population are used as samples. The sample used was 46 people servant
teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The data analysis method used is multiple
linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 26 program. The results showed
that there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline on
teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence between
motivation on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence
between work climate and teacher performance, and there is a simultaneous
positive and significant influence between work discipline, motivation and work
climate on teacher performance.
