Rancangan Pengembangan Bisnis Menggunakan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas Dan Swot Analysis Pada Minyak Herbal Rosmini
ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the development of Rosmini Herbal Oil business using the
Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis. The purpose of this
study is to identify elements in the BMC that need improvement, so that a more effective
business development strategy can be designed.
The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which describes the company's
condition in detail. The research process includes data collection through interviews
related to 9 BMC components, compiling data into tables based on these components,
SWOT analysis through focus group discussions, and BMC improvements based on the
results of the SWOT analysis.
The results of the study indicate that the Rosmini Herbal Oil business model has been
rearranged using the BMC approach. Elements in the BMC are identified as needing
improvement. The strategy and development program designed from this research are
expected to be a guideline for the development of Rosmini Herbal Oil business,
especially to increase competitiveness in the market after implementing the results of
the SWOT analysis.
