Pengaruh Disiplin, Kerjasama Tim Dan Human Relation Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Padakantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of discipline, teamwork, and human
relation on employee performance at the TPI Pekanbaru Class 1 Immigration
Office. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 86 employees.
Technique sampling used in this research are sampling fed up. The analytical
method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed
using SmartPLS 3. The results of research using hypothesis testing show that
discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Teamwork has a
positive and significant effect on performance. Human relation positive and
significant effect on performance.
