Tanggapan Pengunjung Pada Fasilitas Agrowisata Sigaran Jiwa Di Kampung Jayapura Kabupaten Siak

This study was conducted to analyze visitor responses to the facilities at Agrowisata Sigaran Jiwa, focusing on three main dimensions: Primary Facilities, Supporting Facilities, and Additional Facilities. The research used a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. A total of 100 respondents, who were visitors to Agrowisata Sigaran Jiwa, participated in this study. The results show that overall visitor satisfaction falls into the "excellent" category, with a total score of 8153 across the three analyzed variables. The Primary Facilities dimension recorded the highest score, indicating that visitors considered these facilities to be excellent and adequate. However, within the Primary Facilities variable, the small pond received the lowest score and requires improvement. Supporting and Additional Facilities were deemed adequate, but some improvements are needed to address the limited parking area and the maintenance of restroom cleanliness, which requires greater attention. In conclusion, although the facilities at Agrowisata Sigaran Jiwa are considered adequate, several aspects need improvement, particularly the small pond, parking area, and restrooms. Implementing these recommendations is expected to enhance visitor satisfaction with the facilities at Agrowisata Sigaran Jiwa in Kampung Jayapura, Siak Regency
