Pengaruh Modal Manusia, Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Studi Empiris Pada Bumdes Di Kabupaten Kampar)
ABSTRACT
Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are economic institutions that play a
strategic role in turning the wheels of the village economy. BUMDes contribute to
improving the welfare of community members, alleviating poverty and alleviating
unemployment in the village. This research aims to determine the influence of
human capital, organizational culture and transformational leadership on the
performance of BUMDes in Kampar Regency. Determining the sample in this
research uses a probability sampling technique with area sampling or side cluster
technique, namely a technique carried out by taking representatives from each
region. The number of samples in this study was 140 BUMDes. Data analysis in
this research is descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, T
test and multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and
SPSS. The results of this research show that human capital, organizational culture
and transformational leadership influence the performance of BUMDes in Kampar
Regency.
