Penerapan Sistem Informasi Dan Layanan Digital Terintegrasi “Pekanbaru Dalam Genggaman” Tahun 2021-2024

In the era of digitalization, the use of information technology in government has become a primary need to improve the efficiency of public services. Therefore, the Pekanbaru City government implemented the Digital Service Information System “Pekanbaru in Genggaman”. However, in its implementation it faces obstacles, such as the lack of socialization, the low level of use by the community, the lack of application development which causes frequent errors, platform limitations, and the lack of commitment between OPDs in integrating services.
This research uses a qualitative research method that is described descriptively in order to provide an in-depth description of the phenomenon under study. The data analysis techniques applied are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used in this research is the theory by Indrajit (2002) which states that the implementation of digitalization in government requires attention to three indicators of success elements, namely: support, capacity, and value.
The results of the study referring to the three indicators of Indrajit's theory resulted from 1) the support element, that although there has been regulatory support and socialization carried out, the socialization aspect is still not optimal. 2) capacity element, in terms of human resources and infrastructure, but budget limitations are an inhibiting factor in application development, 3) value element, the benefits of the application have not been fully optimized. In conclusion, the “Pekanbaru in Genggaman” application is a potential innovative digitalization program to provide convenience for the community in accessing public services and information effectively and efficiently. However, the optimization of this application is still hampered so that the implementation of the Pekanbaru Digital Service Information System in Genggaman" has not been successfully implemented.
