Analisis Pendapatan Dan Peremajaan Pekebunkelapa Sawit Swadaya(Studi Kasus : Kebun Ibu Anita Di Desa Penghidupan)
ABSTRAK
This study aims to analyze income and investment feasibility, as well as to
identify replanting strategies for independent oil palm smallholdings on land owned
by Mrs. Anita in Desa Penghidupan, Kampar Kiri Tengah Subdistrict, Kampar
Regency. The 7.2-hectare land is independently managed and divided into five
plots. One of the plots, Plot B, has reached an unproductive age and is planned to
be replanted without government funding support. The research method employed
is a case study with a quantitative descriptive approach, using primary and
secondary data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The
analysis covers annual income, operational costs, and the investment feasibility of
replanting over one planting cycle (2025–2050), using investment criteria such as
net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). The results indicate that
replanting is financially feasible, as the NPV is positive and the IRR exceeds the
general loan interest rate. A phased replanting strategy is identified as the most
appropriate alternative to maintain cash flow during the transition period while
keeping part of the land productive. This study is expected to provide an overview
of an independent smallholder planning replanting activities based on good
agricultural practices (GAP).
