Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Jasa Pelayanan Kesyahbandaran Dipelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (Ppn) Sibolga
This study aims to evaluate the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the harbormaster services at the Sibolga Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN). Harbormaster services have an important role in supporting the safety and smoothness of shipping, including through the issuance of shipping documents such as the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB), the Ship Arrival and Departure Report Proof Letter (STBLKK), and the management of fisheries logbooks. This study used a survey method with a purposive sampling technique on 44 respondents who were fishermen who used services at the Sibolga PPN. The analysis was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches to measure satisfaction and identify service attributes that were a priority for improvement. The results of the study showed that in general fishermen expressed satisfaction with the services provided with a CSI value of 99.23 which was included in the very satisfied category. However, the results of the IPA analysis identified several important attributes that had relatively low performance, so they became the main priority for improvement, such as officer discipline and clarity of service procedures. These findings are expected to be constructive input for PPN Sibolga managers in improving the quality of harbormaster services sustainably.
