Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Pengguna Aplikasi Bukalapak (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Unri Angkatan 2020)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions among Bukalapak application users (case study of students majoring in management at UNRI class of 2020). This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers.
The sample in this research was 100 students majoring in management at UNRI class of 2020. The results of this research show (1) service quality influences purchasing decisions (2) price influences purchasing decisions (3) promotion influences purchasing decisions (4) service quality, price and promotion influence purchasing decisions.
