Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Ropes Pada Materi Tata Surya Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru
Science is the study of the universe and its contents and the events that occur around it through a series of scientific processes. In science learning, students not only understand natural phenomena but also develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. One of the topics covered in seventh-grade science is the solar system. This material is abstract because it involves concepts that cannot be directly observed, such as planetary orbits, shapes, structures, interactions of celestial bodies, and other related phenomena. This makes it difficult for students to understand the material and results in low learning outcomes. To improve student learning outcomes, teachers are required to select appropriate learning models. To address this issue, appropriate and structured learning models are needed to accommodate the abstract nature of the material and support active student engagement and build conceptual understanding in the learning process. This is supported by the use of innovative learning media, such as interactive multimedia and visual aids, which can enhance conceptual understanding and student learning outcomes in the solar system.....
