Analisis Sikap Konsumen Dalam Keputusan Pembelian Barang-Barang Cetakan Di CV. Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Metode Fishbein
The study was conducted in the CV . Mitra Abadi with the aim to analyze the attitude and subjective norm and its influence on consumer decisions . The study population was consumers CV . Mitra Abadi . Engineering samples carried out by the method of probability sampling , using a formula of Slovin which resulted in the number of respondents by 82 people . Data analysis methods used are multiciri Fishbein analysis and multiple regression .
The study concluded that consumers have a neutral attitude toward the product attributes printed material . While subjective norms are in the moderate category . Attitude has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions . The norm subyekti positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions . Only 8 % of consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by attitudes and subjective norms , while the other 92 % is influenced by other factors .
Recommendation that can be given is that management improve the quality of the product attributes include packaging , design , color , and quality assurance of products that consumers can have a more positive attitude . In terms of subjective norm , then the source in the form of friends and co-workers need to be strengthened through the promotion of the role of motivator word-of - mouth through these two sources .
