This study aims to determine the factors Leadership , Motivation, Organizational Culture , of an Employee Performance Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum ( PDAM ) Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru. Target population are employees PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru totaling 134 people, from 134 people to 57 people is formulated which is used as a research sample.
The object of research as a factor of independently variable is Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation while the dependent variable is employee performance. Hypothesis testing is performed using Multiple Regression Analysis Mode.
The results showed that the partial or t test each of the variables significantly influence the performance of a variable can be seen at 4:15 Leadership , motivation variables 4.17 and organizational culture variables 6.16 and F test or simultaneous factor Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation 5.87 direct and significant impact on employee performance PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru .
Factors Leadership, Motivation, and Organizational Culture affect performance it is recommended to the management company can create leadership, motivation and organizational culture that is acceptable to all parties and the government can provide a good solution for the development and progress of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru..
