The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables: 1) The effectiveness of classroom management (Y).
2) Knowledge management class (X1). 3) Discipline teacher work (X2). Data were obtained through a questionnaire to 109 samples Kindergarten teacher se-District of Charming City Pekanbaru .dengan proportional stratified random sampling technique. Validity is tested using the Pearson product moment formula and instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using Cronbach Alpha formula. Results showed that:
