Pengaruh Pendapatan, Suku Bunga Dan Subsidi Terhadap Permintaan KPR Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2001 - 2013
As for the principal purpose of this research is to find out: how much influence income, and interest rate subsidies on loans demand mortgages Pekanbaru, the effect of income, interest rates and simultaneously subsidizing the loan request rumahdi Pekanbaru city, and the most variable dominant influence loan demand rumahdi Pekanbaru. The background of this research is the increasing number of people from year to year, which contributes to the high demand for housing loans. Most of the people who want to buy a house on mortgage rumahmemperhatikan interest rates, income and the amount of subsidy given. Sometimes if a large amount of the subsidy, people give greater appreciation, whereas if the level of income and the interest rate is small, more people thought better to buy a house on mortgage. The study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru on loan (mortgage). Primary data is data taken directly principal research regarding the data subsidized housing demand, interest rates, household incomes and the amount of subsidies that take mortgage loans for periods between 2001 and 2013. To this effect, the researchers used data from the BPS. The study of models of research and testing hypotheses proposed in this study lead to the conclusion: the effect of income, and the interest rate subsidy on home loan demand has a strong relationship with the figure obtained a correlation of 0.960, or 89.6% rumahbisa mortgage demand is explained by the variable interest rate, income and the amount of subsidy. Variable interest rates, income and subsidies affect the number of simultaneous requests to the mortgage loans in the city of Pekanbaru. The most dominant variables influence the demand for mortgage loans in the city of Pekanbaru is variable income of the debtor.
