This research aim to know how Influence Quality Of Leadership And Observation Work To Performance Employees at PT. Sms Finance Pekanbaru. As for becoming population in this research is entire employees in PT. Sms Finance Pekanbaru, amounting to 51 population and people in this research is made by sampel by using census method to entire employees. used Data analysis is descriptive analysis, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is use doubled linear regresi constructively SPSS version program 18.00.
From result of examination which have been conducted, simultan regresi test ( uji-F) indicate that the Quality Of Leadership And Observation Work by simultan have an effect on signifikan to Performance Employees At PT. Sms Finance Pekanbaru. Result of Test parsial ( Test T) indicating that variable of[is Quality Of Leadership And Observation Work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to Performance Employees At PT. Sms Finance Pekanbaru
