This study aims to determine the extent Application of Peraturan Bupati Siak Nomor 27 Tahun 2011 on Systems and Procedures Management of the Regional Secretariat of Siak regency 2014. Informants in this study is the Regional Secretary of the User as Goods, Chief of General, Chief of Land, Head of Section Development administration, Head of Equipment, Head of Finance, the Governing Goods, Storage of Goods and Goods in Environmental Management Assistant Regional Secretary of Siak. Data were obtained by interviews, observations and collect data in the form of reports and other assets. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach to analyze data through data reduction procedures, and Withdrawal Data Serving Conclusions. The results showed that the adoption of Peraturan Bupati Siak Nomor 27 Tahun 2011 has not been fully run up because there are some cycles in the asset management area is not in accordance with existing rules.
