Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasionaldan Kepemimpinan Transaksional Terhadap Budaya Organisasi Pada Perusahaandaerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyatrokan Hulu

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture, to identify and analyze transactional leadership effects on organizational culture, and to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership of organizational culture in the Regional Rural BankCompany Rokan Hulu.
This research is a descriptive-analytic method using a quantitative approach and regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees who work at the Regional Rural Bank Company Rokan Hulu totaling 35 people. For the needs of the execution of the processing of the data analysis, then used a computer tool with statistical computer program Statistical Program for Social Science 15.0 (SPSS 15.0).
Unknown number R of 0.741, the figure is the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership is a combination of organizational culture. This shows that the determinant coefficient (R²) of independent variables on the dependent variable was 54.9%. Thus the contribution of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) that is equal to 54,9%.
Effect of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership Against Cultural Organization's Regional Rural Bank Company Rokan Hulu, with a value of α at 5% level and (p) = 0,000. Unknown variable transformational leadership t-count is greater t-table and the value of α is greater than the probability,with the value of 2.545 is greater than 2,042, and 0,005 greater than 0,000 shows their significance. As for the variable transactional leadership t-count is greater t-table and the value of α greater significance, with the value of 2.062 is greater than 2,042, and 0,005 greater than 0,000shows their significance.From the results of the t test conducted found that for X1 and X2 in greater than t table which means that Ho refused and Ha is received, in other words that the variables of transformational leadership and transactional leadership individually or partially have a significant influence tehadap variable of organizational culture in the company of Regional Rural Banks People Rokan Hulu.
